Roofing Foreman
Key Responsibilities
You will carry out the company's projects, ensuring the smooth running of the construction works and providing the highest possible quality. You will:
- make sure the building materials are at the construcktion site on time
- check the quantity and quality of the materials
- organise the personnel you are in charge of
- monitor the work progress
- make any decision necessary to avoid interruptions
Your Profile
- 6 GCSEs (General Certificate of Secondary Education = Mittlere Schulabschluß)
- a minimum of 3 years of working experience
- a robust health, no vertigo
- independence and self-motivation, ability to work under pressure
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills: ability to handle and motivate staff
- proficiency in English both oral and written
